1. The Nature of Our Service
The Surprise Store sells curated mystery experiences, not specific products. When you place a surprise order, you are paying for us to select an item on your behalf based on your stated interests and chosen tier. You will not see a photo or exact description of the item before it ships. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.
2. Orders & Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within two weeks of purchase. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and exact delivery dates are intentionally not disclosed as part of the surprise experience. Delays may occur due to logistics, availability, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices for each tier are displayed at the time of ordering. Full payment is required to confirm and process your order. We reserve the right to update tier pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because each item is individually curated as a surprise, orders are generally final and not eligible for return or refund on the basis of personal preference. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was promised for your tier, contact us and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate delivery information — we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details.
6. Named Products
Certain items, such as our Marine Safety Device, are sold as specific, named products rather than mystery surprises. These are described accurately at the time of listing, and standard consumer expectations around description accuracy apply to these items.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Surprise Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
